2. Meta Platform Data

Our app ("Claude AI") integrates with Meta Platform APIs to provide automated customer service and marketing management for our own business accounts. We collect and process the following data from Meta platforms:

2.1 Instagram Data

• Profile Information: Instagram Business account username, profile ID, followers count, and media count, used to monitor account performance.
• Direct Messages: Messages sent to our Instagram Business account (@moovecreating) are read and processed to provide automated customer support responses.
• Comments: Comments on our Instagram posts are read and responded to automatically to engage potential clients.
• Media and Insights: Post performance data (reach, impressions, engagement) used for internal reporting.

2.2 Facebook Page Data

• Page Information: Page metadata and settings used to manage webhooks and receive real-time notifications.
• Page Messages: Messages received through our Facebook Page are processed for customer support purposes.
• Engagement Data: Reactions, comments, and shares on Page posts used for performance reporting.

2.3 Advertising Data

• Campaign Performance: Ad metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, frequency) from our Meta Ads accounts, used to generate dashboards and reports for our clients.
• Campaign Management: We create, edit, and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients through the Marketing API.

2.4 How We Use Meta Platform Data

All data obtained through Meta Platform APIs is used exclusively to:

• Provide automated customer support via Instagram Direct Messages and Facebook Messenger
• Respond to comments on our business Instagram posts
• Generate internal performance reports and analytics dashboards
• Manage advertising campaigns for our clients
• Improve the quality of our automated responses and services

2.5 Meta Platform Data Restrictions

We strictly comply with Meta Platform Terms. Specifically:

• We do not sell, license, or rent Meta Platform Data to any third party.
• We do not use Meta Platform Data for surveillance, tracking, or profiling of individuals.
• We do not transfer Meta Platform Data to any data broker or advertising network other than Meta itself.
• We do not use Meta Platform Data to discriminate against or cause harm to any individual.
• All Meta Platform Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted access and is only accessible to authorized personnel of Moove Creating.
• If a user requests deletion of their data, we will remove all associated Meta Platform Data within 30 days.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our services to business clients
• Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and SMS
• Send appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and service notifications
• Qualify and route business leads to the appropriate team members
• Analyze service performance and optimize marketing campaigns
• Generate internal reports and analytics dashboards

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to business services, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Sharing
